We DO NOT see the data you enter and consequently do not keep it.
Your credit card payments are made using the secure PayPal platform that uses the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a payment system on a global and real-time basis, with maximum security for the buyer.
PayPal (Europe) S.àr.l. et Cie, SCA is a Luxembourg credit institution with a regular license pursuant to article 2 of the law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector and subsequent amendments and is subject to the prudential supervision of the Luxembourg Supervisory Authority, the Commission de SurveillanceduSecteurFinancier , whose registered office is located at L-1150 Luxembourg.
Paypal uses the "Verified by Visa" and "MastercardSecure Code" anti-fraud methods, which allow you to protect your identity and guarantee the authenticity of the card, refunding you up to € 1000 in case of non-receipt of the goods.
Method of Payment
The payment of the products, chosen by the Consumer, can be made by selecting one of the following methods:
PayPal - Credit Card
For purchases paid through the PayPal - Credit Card payment method, at the conclusion of the order the Consumer will be directed to the PayPal login page. If you don't have PayPal access, you can still purchase with a credit card, without registering with PayPal. After order confirmation, you will be directed to the PayPal payment page. At that point, if you are not a PayPal account holder, simply click on the link "DO YOU NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?" and proceed by entering your card details. Keep your card details and bank security code handy. There are no price supplements for credit card payments. The amount for the order will be charged to the PayPal account directly when the order is acquired. It is possible to request the cancellation of an order paid with PayPal only within 1 working day from the date of the order. Once the cancellation of the transaction has been requested, in no case can Gioie Italiane be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal. At no time during the purchase procedure Gioie Italiane is able to know the consumer's financial information. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted. No Gioie Italiane computer archive contains, nor does it store, such data. For each transaction made with the PayPal account, the Consumer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
Bank Transfer
You can pay for your purchases by sending a bank transfer. When ordering, select "Bank Transfer" as the payment method. You will receive an email with the bank details to make the transfer. Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of the order, otherwise the order will be canceled, in order to avoid keeping the products in place indefinitely. Once payment is received we will process the order.
Payment on Delivery
You can pay for your purchases on delivery. When ordering, select "Cash on delivery" as the payment method. When the courier delivers your package, he will ask you to pay the amount of the order .
