The shipment of your package

Packages are generally sent within 3 working days of receipt of payment and are sent free of charge to ITALY. We will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.

Estimated delivery dates include the seller's packing time, the sender's postcode, the recipient's postcode and the time of acceptance and depend on the shipping service selected and the receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary, especially during holidays.

The boxes are adequately large and your items are well protected.

VAT: 22.0% (included in the sale price). If you have any questions about VAT, contact the seller. Actual applicable VAT may vary based on final sale.


How can I return an item?

The easiest way to return an item is to contact our customer service and carry out the procedure that will be indicated to you. The products must be in perfect condition.

What is the deadline for returns?

The deadline for any return is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

Do I have to pay the return?

The return shipment to our warehouse is charged to the customer and has a fixed cost of € 10 which will be deducted from any refund of the purchase.

The return is free of charge if the product has manufacturing defects not attributable to wear and tear or improper use by the customer or in case of receipt of unordered items.

How will I receive the amount related to my return?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made the purchase.

For cash on delivery payments, the refund will be made by bank transfer, once the payment has been received: we therefore ask you to communicate your IBAN in the return request.

When will I receive my return amount?

Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition and with the internal labels) you will receive an e-mail to confirm that the amount (net of the return costs of € 10.00) will be credited within a few days.

The repayment times on your credit card depend on your bank.

What should I do if the refunded amount is incorrect?

Contact our customer service and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

SOCKSWINTER reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the maximum period allowed or items that do not have the same conditions of receipt
